- Establishing and implementing the quality standards for products or services.
- Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing.
- Staying current on laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Overseeing the quality assurance team.
- Training other employees on quality procedures.
- Handling quality reports and documentation.
- Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data.
- Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in science or Food Technology branch or related
- +3 years of management experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and execute operational plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- 360 degrees communication / co-ordination.
- Result and execution oriented.
- Open-minded.
- Ambitious with a strong drive.
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
- Other language skills (spoken) will be a plus.
- Analytical drive and ability to independently perform market and industry analysis.
- Extensive usage of office software.
- Have experience management in food factory.
