- Oversee and analyze market dynamics across ASEAN countries to identify new opportunities. Drive business development initiatives by acquiring new customers and appointing new agents to expand regional presence.
- Guide and support agents in engaging with key stakeholders, including EPC contractors, design firms, consultants, and project owners. Collaborate closely with partners to boost sales performance and achieve annual revenue and KPI targets.
- Travel extensively within Southeast Asia (approximately 2 weeks per trip) to support market activities, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure on-the-ground execution of sales strategies.
