รายละเอียดงาน

1. Responsible for Operations (Store Expansion / Opening / Performance Control) and ensuring sales targets are met in accordance with the business case for each store. 2. Analyze sales performance and collaborate with internal teams and Vendors to create operational plans. 3. Develop promotional plans to boost sales. 4. Manage the sales and team members (Fulfillment / Development and Evaluation).. 5. Manage Commission Scheme and Sales Motivation programs. 6. Analyze sales data and create weekly action plans to meet goals. 7. Monitor manpower planning and staffing levels. 8. Track and analyze sales performance to contribute strategies. 9. Ensure store readiness for audits and prepare staff for store operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in retail management, operations, or sales leadership, preferably with a focus on IT products.
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis and reporting.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Experience in managing and developing sales teams, including performance evaluation and staff development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
