รายละเอียดงาน- Responsible for overall HR functions.
- Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, C&B, pay roll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Developing and managing effective staff communication to increasing employee engagement.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Work collaboration with HQ to implementing various HR project as necessary.
- Assess training needs and sourcing training courses, monitor overall training programs for continues development.
- Report to General Manager and provide decision support through - HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
