• Handle inquiries and respond to requests, feedback, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with clerical and administrative support when needed.
• Attend staff meetings and follow all school policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidential student files in compliance with data protection standards.
• Uphold professional conduct when engaging with parents, students, staff, and the wider community.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and support a positive working environment.
Government Liaison Duties:
• Serve as the main contact for Thai government bodies, including OPEC and the Ministry of Education.
• Ensure compliance with student registration, staff documentation, and school licensing regulations.
• Prepare and submit official reports, including enrolment data, teacher qualifications, and student lists.
• Translate and interpret documents and communications between the school and government agencies.
