● Organise the CEO’s calendar, emails, and meetings
● Help prepare for meetings, take notes, and follow up on tasks
● Communicate with partners and team members on behalf of the CEO
● Support with reports, presentations, and documents
● Keep track of important tasks and deadlines
Supporting People & Culture
● Help make the organisation a great place to work
● Plan team activities, onboarding for new staff, and welcome kits
● Listen to staff feedback and share ideas for improvement
● Assist with recruitment tasks like welcoming new hires
● Work with the internal Office Manager/HR to align on operational priorities
Team Support and Problem Solving
● Help fix small problems in daily work so the team can stay focused
● Represent the CEO and organisation in a professional and friendly way
● Support different projects that may come up, even if they are new or not clearly
defined
● Build trust with staff and be someone the team can come to for support
