รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
a. Develop and implement international sales strategies for moving services, transportation, and warehouse rental to achieve sales
targets.
2. Business Development and Expansion:
a. Identify and expand new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on corporate clients and overseas partners/agents.
3. Negotiation and Pricing:
a. Negotiate service terms and pricing with foreign agents and partners to ensure competitive costs and maximize profitability.
4. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback:
a. Follow up and evaluate customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and informing relevant parties accordingly.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
a. Collect and organize relevant details about the work and send them to Customer Service for data storage in the Job Order menu.
b. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
6. Coordination and Problem Solving:
a. Coordinate with relevant departments to provide customer information or assist in problem-solving during operations.
b. Collaborate with local teams to tailor services that meet the needs of international clients.
7. Damage Management:
a. Follow up and coordinate the management of damages during moving services or services provided to customers.
b. Manage and coordinate the handling of damages caused by the company's services with the relevant parties.
8. Representation and Networking:
a. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to build relationships and expand the
company’s presence.
9. Relationship Management:
a. Manage and maintain relationships with international clients, ensuring smooth service delivery throughout the entire sales process.
10. Cross-Department Coordination:
a. Coordinate with internal departments, including operations, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure seamless service execution.
11. Sales Team Support:
a. Support and guide the domestic sale
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age 30-40years old
- Foreigners only/Accepting foreigners
- A Bachelor’s degree in International Relations or Development, Business Administration, Sustainability or related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in supporting development teams, and/or management .
