- Building product strategy including product vision, users/audience segments, and product goals and initiatives.
- Develop and source new products for the company’s portfolio to suit each target market segment, and plan strategies to promote existing products in order to increase sales and market share.
- Developing and maintaining market and product intelligences such as market and product surveys as assigned to initiate and create project sales pipelines until accomplishments
- Including providing product knowledge training to sales staff, relevant internal departments, and customers upon request.
- Monitoring competitor activity and benchmark competitive products
- Working closely with Sales & Marketing Manager to data analyst and produce develop sales and marketing plan with a highly competitive strategy
- Implementing and managing sales plan and strategy effectively through individual and sales team
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all communications, including requests for documents or technical support information such as drawings, test results, and various certification documents, to maximize sales benefits.
