รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop and implement business strategies for the food ingredient and health ingredient segments
• Develop annual sales targets and marketing budgets for the division
• Develop promotional plans for products in collaboration with the sales team and manufacturers.
• Coordinate between the sales team and the R&D team to select appropriate raw materials for formula development and product promotion.
• Develop annual sales targets and marketing budgets for the division
• Oversee product portfolio management for the food ingredients and health ingredients
• Build and maintain relationships with major manufacturers and R&D centers in the industry
• Work with country managers
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+years of experience in food ingredients or nutritional supplements industry
- Strong understanding of food regulations and safety standards
- Proven track record in business development and strategic planning
- Experience in ingredient applications and food technology
- Knowledge of global food trends and nutritional product development
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with food technologists and R&D professionals
- Having the special skills to develop and implement business strategies for the food ingredient and health ingredient segments
- Having working experience of monitoring the regional teams; Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Malaysia
- Excellent command of English with proficiency
