Sales Engineer - We are looking for enthusiastic & committed individuals to join our team! As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible to achieve the sales target by generating enquiries with existing & new customers and ensure profit margins, timely collection of payment.
How You Will Do It:
•Develop and execute effective sales strategies for different product segment, industries, area & competitions etc.
•Generate enquiries and submits accurate quotation, forecast on sales on a regular basis.
•Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with all customers at different level like departmental incharge, operating team, purchasing team, decision makers, MD, owner etc by maintaining regular calls, emails and visits.
•Company & Product introduction by cold calling, online meeting, emails, at site meeting & formal presentations to customers and the industries as required .
•Collect information projects, expansion, maintenance schedule, technical problems, new requirement, current & future opportunires, convert it to enquiries. Follow up & get commitment from customers to ensure closing order in our favour.
•Address customer needs, offer solutions with our products, and ensure accurate, timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.
•Develop new customers base from time to time in order to have a continuous business expansion.
•To maintain constant field intelligence, feeds back pertinent information concerning competitors’ activities, products, prices, projects & expansions, promotional programs, exhibitions.
•Strong Networking ability for generating enquiries & collecting information.
•Regular updating & sharing of information, progress and summary reports as per company guidelines.
•Also you will train and guide the subordinates to be able to work independently and capable to succeed the position eventually.
