Understand and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategies at the team level
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales target plans
Establish and manage customer segment-based targeting strategies
2. Team Management & Task Allocation
Assign tasks to team members and adjust priorities as needed
Manage team performance and provide constructive feedback
Mentor and support junior staff and new employees to enhance team capabilities
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports
Analyze marketing ROI and monitor KPIs, proposing improvement plans
Conduct competitor analysis and report on market trends
4. Customer & External Communication
Manage communication with key clients and partner companies
Plan and execute external events such as exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities
Collect customer feedback (VOC) and develop appropriate response strategies
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
Coordinate with product planning, production, and design teams
Manage stage-by-stage progress of new product development
