- Assist sales representatives by creating quotations, invoices, and presentation materials
- Offer basic product information to clients in the absence of sales representatives
- Liaise with the product team in both Thai and Japanese to address service-related issues
- Compile sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and other internal documents
- Occasionally attend client meetings alongside sales staff to gather requirements or feedback
- Respond to service-related inquiries from existing clients via phone and email
