รายละเอียดงาน
• Develop and manage production or operational plans to align with customer requirements and company goals
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Monitor and adjust plans as needed in response to unforeseen issues (e.g., raw material shortages, machine downtime)
• Analyze sales and production data to forecast future demand and plan accordingly
• Prepare planning reports and present progress updates to management
• Utilize ERP systems or relevant software for planning, scheduling, and tracking performance
• Identify areas for improvement in planning processes and implement best practices
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female
- Age range: 24-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in planning (production planning, material planning, or related fields); fresh graduates are also welcome for junior positions
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments
- Proficient.in.Microsoft.Excel; experience.with.ERP.systems.is.an. advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
