The HR Manager will support the school's mission, vision, and values. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Line Manager:
• Head of School
Key Responsibilities:
• Create workforce plans to support school growth and curriculum demands.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding of local and expatriate staff, including teachers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, international HR standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce school-wide HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee work permits, visas, and related legal requirements for expatriate staff.
• Create professional development programs for staff to enhance their skills.
• Support cultural integration programs for expatriate staff
• Organize workshops and training.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and implement HR systems for efficient administration.
• Manage the annual performance appraisal process.
