Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across all restaurant brands.
- Forecast workforce requirements and define talent needs for each business unit
- Formulate and implement policies to optimize manpower allocation and cost-efficiency
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to support expansion and operational needs.
HR Operations:
- Maintain HRIS, payroll, attendance, and employee database
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal regulations
- Monitor and improve HR administrative efficiency
Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill staff and support career growth.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation processes and reward systems.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, activities, and conflict resolution.
Succession & Career Planning:
- Build talent pipelines and develop future leaders within the organization.
Labor Relations:
- Handle employee discipline, grievance, and policy communication
- Organize staff engagement activities and welfare initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and audit readiness
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or service industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with multi-brand or multi-location operations is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
