1、Implementation of Safety Policies and Procedures: Develop, execute, and maintain factory safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national safety regulations.
2、Safety Inspections and Assessments: Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and provide corrective recommendations.
3、Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, gather relevant evidence, prepare reports, and propose improvement measures.
4、Employee Training and Education: Organize and conduct safety training programs to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, ensuring they understand operating procedures and safety measures.
5、Monitoring and Supervision of Safe Operations: Oversee safety practices on the production floor, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly correct unsafe behaviors.
6、First Aid and Emergency Response: Manage first aid facilities, ensure the training of first aid personnel and the readiness of emergency equipment, and develop emergency response plans.
7、Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze safety-related data and reports, prepare regular safety reports, and update management on safety performance.
8、Promotion of Safety Culture: Foster and promote a safety culture, encouraging employee participation in safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.
9、Compliance with Regulations and Standards: Monitor and stay updated on relevant safety laws and industry standards to ensure the factory’s safety management meets the latest requirements.
10、Maintenance of Equipment and Safety Facilities: Ensure the proper functioning and availability of safety equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits) and safety signage.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or related industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of Thai and international safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and related tools.
- Completion of safety training courses approved by the Thai Ministry of Labour or the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), such as the Basic Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) course.
