รายละเอียดงาน
•Supervise and lead a team of CAD designers to create 3D models of fine jewelry products based on design briefs and customer specifications.
•Review and approve CAD designs and renderings to ensure design accuracy, aesthetics, and manufacturability (casting, stone setting, finishing).
•Collaborate closely with product development, gemstone, and production teams to ensure CAD outputs meet technical and production requirements.
•Allocate tasks and monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met with high quality.
•Conduct quality checks on CAD outputs (step, rendering) for design integrity and feasibility.
•Train and mentor junior CAD designers to build skillsets in jewelry modeling and design thinking.
•Maintain an organized digital archive of CAD files and documentation for traceability and future use.
•Stay updated with jewelry design trends, CAD software innovations, and relevant production technologies.
•Act as the main contact point for client feedback and internal design revision requests.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3D CAD for jewelry, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficient in industry-standard CAD software such as Rhino, MatrixGold.
- Strong understanding of fine jewelry construction, gemstone settings, and manufacturing processes (casting, polishing, stone setting).
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- English communication skills (reading technical specs, replying to clients.)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
