รายละเอียดงาน•Build and maintain recruitment channels, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and provide interview evaluations
•Monitor workforce status and adjust recruitment plans based on capacity analysis
•Manage onboarding, training, probation, transfers, terminations, and personnel files
•Handle attendance and payroll calculation
•Sign and manage labor contracts
•Administer social insurance and ensure HR policy compliance
•Perform other duties as assigned
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 6 days/week
