1. Sales Strategy & Planning
1.1 Analyze market trends and customer segments to identify new opportunities.
1.2 Define and implement strategic sales plans and quarterly/annual targets.
1.3 Build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for enterprise clients.
1.4 Develop compelling value propositions for complex wireless/networking solutions.
2. Sales Team Leadership
2.1 Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure performance and capability growth.
2.2 Set individual sales targets and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
2.3 Coach team members on solution selling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
2.4 Conduct weekly team meetings and pipeline reviews.
3. Revenue Development & Pipeline Management
3.1 Manage sales funnel and forecast revenue accurately using CRM tools.
3.2 Review and approve sales quotations, proposals, and commercial terms.
3.3 Track ongoing bids (TOR, RFP, e-Bidding) and ensure timely submissions.
3.4 Collaborate with technical teams to align sales strategy with solution delivery.
4. Client Relationship Management
4.1 Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
4.2 Lead customer meetings and solution presentations alongside Pre-sales Engineers.
4.3 Conduct regular Key Account reviews and develop account expansion plans.
4.5 Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
5.1 Coordinate closely with Technical, Presales, and Project Delivery teams.
5.2 Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
5.3 Provide monthly and quarterly business reports to executive management.
