รายละเอียดงานRESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Coordination & Operations
•Manage end-to-end air freight shipments for clients, including booking cargo space, issuing HAWB/MAWB, and coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, and overseas agents.
•Monitor shipment status, provide real-time updates to clients, and resolve transit delays or customs clearance issues.
•Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., AWB, commercial invoices, certificates of origin) compliant with destination country regulations.
(2) Customer Support
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via email, phone, or CRM systems promptly and professionally.
•Proactively communicate shipment milestones, potential risks, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
•Maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
•Work with other departments to successfully resolve customer issues in a timely manner
(3) Compliance & Problem-Solving
•Ensure adherence to international air freight regulations (IATA) and specific requirements for markets (e.g., import permits, restricted items).
•Investigate and resolve claims, discrepancies, or complaints related to cargo damage, delays, or documentation errors etc.
(4) Market Intelligence
•Stay updated on air freight trends, airline schedules, and geopolitical factors impacting logistics in target regions.
•Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, promotes company products/services.
