We are seeking a Packaging Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of packaging and a passion for coordination. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that our packaging meets both design and quality expectations. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: •Coordinate with packaging suppliers to request quotations, samples, and production timelines •Support the sales and client service teams by providing packaging details, mock-ups, and documentation •Follow up on sample approvals and assist in the preparation of packaging specs •Help monitor and support basic quality control processes — such as sample inspections, comparing actual products to approved specs, and ensuring proper labeling/finishing •Assist with internal record-keeping and packaging data management •Participate in cross-functional meetings related to product launches and packaging updates

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Industrial Design, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in packaging development, product coordination, or a related role
Basic knowledge of packaging materials (paper, plastic, molded pulp, etc.) and production flow
Attention to detail, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines
Basic understanding of quality assurance or product checking is a plus
Good communication skills in Thai and English (Japanese or Chinese is a plus)
Familiarity with MS Office
