•Present and promote the company's plastic injection products and services to both existing and new clients.
•Visit Customers, build strong relationships, and maintain customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate sales agreements and follow up on delivery and after-sales services.
•Coordinate with internal departments, including production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
•Handle and resolve customer complaints and unexpected issues professionally.
•Report sales activities and performance to the sales manager regularly.
•Monitor market trends and competitors to support business planning.

Working Hour: 8:30-18:00 (Monday – Friday Saturday working: 1 Sat per month (first Sat in each month))

- At least 2 years of working experience as Sales Engineer from Automotive Manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to read drawing by Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Model.
- Able to travel to meet customers independently (company car with driver provide).
- Conversational middle level of English *Report to JP Manager *Document.
- Able to use MS Office.
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- At least 2 year experience as Sales Engineer from Automotive Manufacturing in plastic injection products or related industry.
- Japanese company experience.
