รายละเอียดงาน
Lead and manage the company's IT department, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT infrastructure, systems, business applications, and network environments.
Conduct a full IT assessment across systems, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and licensing.
Design and implement strategies for IT improvement and modernization aligned with business objectives.
Oversee cybersecurity policies and ensure the security of internal systems, data integrity, and compliance.
Evaluate and recommend Microsoft- based solutions including Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure
services.
Provide technical leadership and in-depth guidance to IT staff; ensure the team follows best practices in system
administration, software development, and support.
Manage vendor relationships, particularly outsourced software development teams and external support providers.
Plan IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Support cross-functional teams by delivering efficient IT tools and solutions that enhance productivity an cooperation's.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance, security incidents, and progress of IT-related projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager in a medium-sized company (not large corporates).
- Proven ability to independently assess IT systems and lead improvements hands-on.
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, SharePoint, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity frameworks, backup systems, and IT compliance.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
- High sense of ownership, problem- solving attitude, and the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or home shopping businesses is a plus.
- Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
- Hands-on mindset, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing business needs.
