รายละเอียดงาน
1.Develop and manage production schedules for beverage manufacturing to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
2.Coordinate with demand planning, production, quality, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
3.Monitor and track daily production progress to ensure adherence to plans and proactively address delays or issues.
4.Analyze historical sales data, forecast trends, and seasonal demand to plan production efficiently.
5.Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and capacity utilization.
6.Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and the company’s quality and safety standards in all planning processes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in production planning, particularly within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and other relevant quality and safety management systems.
- Work at Prachinburi factory
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off upon completion of probation period)
