1. **Production Operations Management** - Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery targets. - Optimize processes using Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, SMED) to reduce waste and improve efficiency. 2. **ISO Quality System Maintenance** - Implement and maintain ISO 9001 compliance with international standards and Thai regulations. - Lead internal/external audits and coordinate corrective actions. 3. **Team Management & Training** - Manage production teams (recruitment, training, performance evaluation) to foster teamwork. - Conduct regular Lean Manufacturing and quality management training. 4. **Cost & Safety Control** - Monitor production costs and minimize waste via Lean methods. - Ensure workplace safety per Thai laws. 5. **Cross-Department Collaboration** - Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams for resource alignment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
5+ years in manufacturing (electronics/automotive/appliances preferred) with 3+ years in team management. - Proficient in production scheduling, equipment management, and process improvement (TPM, SMED).
Fluent Thai (required); English or Chinese for multinational teams.
Results-driven, adaptable to Thai work culture (team-oriented, indirect communication).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean Manufacturing; ISO auditor/Six Sigma certification preferred.
