We are looking for a remote social media virtual assistant to join our team. This is a performance-based role offering a competitive base salary along with attractive bonuses based on your results. Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time customer support on one or more social media accounts on a niche platform. The focus will be on live chat assistance and engaging in discussions with multiple users.
*Work Schedule*
Our operations run across three 8-hour shifts in Eastern Time (ET):
- First Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Second Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Third Shift (Night): 11 PM – 7 AM
We are actively hiring for all shifts, and flexibility is a plus.
