รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and control production schedules (Production Control) to align with sales forecasts and production capacity
- Oversee all logistics operations, including raw material procurement, inventory management, and delivery to customers
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate across departments to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs and continuously improve supply chain efficiency
- Maintain and improve data management systems and ERP tools related to production and logistics
- Lead and manage the production and logistics teams, including performance evaluation and staff development
- Follow IATF16949 and ISO14001
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Logistics in the automotive or related industry
- Familiarity with Syspro systems
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Have an experience for IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO9001
