รายละเอียดงาน
1. Establish and implement machine preventive maintenance and calibration.
2. Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle emergency repairs.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to restore production continuity.
4. Lead new machine process development, including setup and optimization.
5. Manage machine buy-off and qualification processes, including evaluation, ordering, installation, IQ documentation, and buy-off approval.
6. Drive machine downtime reduction initiatives and improve production yield.
7. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to prevent equipment failures.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, cost reduction, yield improvement, labor efficiency).
9. Work closely with machine technical service engineers for advanced support.
10. Supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring proper execution of tasks.
11. Continuously improve machine capability, performance, and reliability.
12. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as % downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and safety metrics.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Several years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or Technical Service Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in SMT processes (e.g., Screen Printer, SPI, Part Placement, Reflow, AOI, Laser Mask, Adhesive Dispensing).
- Knowledge of Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, Aqueous Cleaning, Conformal Coating, Potting, De-panel, Auto Insertion is an advantage.
