- Develop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them select the right products and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to inform future innovations.
- Acquisition of ISO and operatize and obey ISO regulation.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, engineering, quality and customer support to address customer needs, resolve technical issues, and ensure execution of sales initiatives.
