รายละเอียดงาน
1. Analyze and define corrective actions for quality issues in the production line.
2. Consider and implement improvement activities, including the introduction of new technologies to enhance the production line
(in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environment ).
3. Create an action plan, monitor progress, and summarize results of the production line improvement.
4. Revise, correct, and standardize production-related documents following line improvement (4M change).
5. Review machine drawings received from the maker in collaboration with relevant departments.
6. Inspect the quality and capability of the machine, such as accuracy checks and CMK / CPK evaluation.
7. Conduct a process Line trial to verify cycle time (CT), Line Availability, and Resource Efficiency (RE).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female age between 22 - 26 Years Old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or any field.
- Experience more than 1 - 3 years in Assembly process.
- Have experience in production line improvement (Kaizen).
- Have a knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan.
- Have problem-solving skills.
- Good communication & Human relation.
