รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities :
- Drive sales and business development in the Rubber & Adhesive segment, focusing on applications for tyres, rollers, belts and Plastic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and consultative selling.
- Perform customer relation activities as assigned by supervisor.
- Develop and expand existing and potential products in line with SBU. strategies.
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive insights to support business planning.
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and manage the annual sales budget and coordinate stock planning with customers.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with SBU. Head to ensure alignment with business objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor in Chemistry / Science / Chemical Engineering and Master’s degree in MBA / Management / Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in sales B2B Sales, Business development or partnership management. ( Fields_ Rubber & Adhesive for Tyre, Roller, Belt or Plastic)
- Minimum 3 year work experience in industrial relation, rubber & adhesive industry for Tyre, Roller and Belt, know how including import/export regulations.
- Must possess strong communication skill both oral and written, negotiation, organizing and technical skills both Thai/English.
- Onw vechicle and driver's license
