New Model Engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
Main Job Purpose:
1. Setting and Control Plan of New Model Trial Event to Start Mass Product and follow up. (Startup 3 months 0-90 Days.)
2. Control Order New Pats for New Model trial and Control LOCALIZATION New Model.
3. Contract and Support Astemo Japan to achieve the objectives.
4. Contract Customer to Achieve the objectives.
5. Control the management of the department, with company policy. and customer requirements as well the requirements of IATF16949.
6. Report the performance to superior Level.
7. Customer representative with the following scope of duties:
7.1 Coordinating with relevant departments.
7.2 Report and follow up progress f plan to the management.
7.3 Contract and support customers to satisfied.
7.4 Follow as the comment from customer (Customer Complaint) and take corrective action and prevent recurrence.
8. Issue/Check data and joint evaluation DE[PK], Gate1[DX], Gate1.5 [DY], Gate3[E1], End Gate[E2], QAV-ll Report and check PPAP before delivery to customers.
Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Control and explain the overall work plan to the relevant departments to know and follow and follow the establish work plan (APQP)
2. Order New Parts for trail and balance stock start up mass Prod. (3 month, 0-30 Days).
3. Joint Evaluate Event to new model
4. Control the data management of new model customer and Astemo Japan.
5. Coordinating with departments within the company for activities new model and preparing and summary data for report.
6. Control the managements of the department, with company policy and customer requirements as well requirements of IATF16949 and ISO14001.
7. Control and Recheck PMCP start Evaluation Gate1[DX], and update data until Gate[e2], Complete.
8. Joint event trial new model and recheck over all problem of trial.
9. Preparing and summary data from another department for recheck before evaluation Gate3[E1], End Gate [E2]
10. Analysis problem in case of trial work having problems and join in the preparation of PFMEA with
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศหญิง / ชายอายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สำเร็จการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี Mechanical engineering, Industrial หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์หรือเคยฝึกงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านควบคุมงาน New Model อ่าน/เขียนแบบได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ถ้ามีปีะสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับโช๊ครถยนต์, รถจักรยานยนต์ งาน New model จะพิจาารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ทางด้าน Core Tools ทั้งหมด
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
