1. Plan production based on market demand and available resources to ensure that the factory can produce products as per the set target.
2. Allocate resources appropriately, such as raw materials, labor, and machinery, to maximize production efficiency.
3. Quality control of manufactured products to ensure that every piece meets the specified standards.
4. Manage team development to ensure everyone is efficient and works together effectively.
5. Ensure that plant operations comply with safety regulations.
6. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business on behalf
of the directors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 10years of experience in senior management roles within the manufacturing sector
- achelor or High Vocational Certificate degree background in Industrial Management, or related fields
- Fluency in English or Chinese is mandatory
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Male only
