Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for opening accounts processing.
• Assisting clients worldwide through live support (Facebook, Line official, Etc.)
• Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues.
• Responsible for communication and coordination with different departments.
• Preparing a proper document including translating documentations.
• Other tasks as assign.
