-Visitor Support
•Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring professional and friendly experience.
•Conduct office tours for new employees or others if needed.
•Coordinate with Housekeeping to serve coffee, tea, or water for both internal and external guests.
-Office Management
•Ensure the reception area and overall office environment are tidy, neat, and welcoming.
•Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready for scheduled use.
•Manage office seating preparation for new joiners, visitors, or hot seats (if any).
•Support office seasonal decorations and internal activities.
-Coordination
•Control building access and manage car parking validation and records.
•Coordinate and manage the driver’s schedule to support office transportation needs.
•Ensure office phones are ready to use, including coordinating with third-party vendors to set up or renew service contracts.
-Administrative Support
•Prepare and manage transmittal documents for internal and external circulation.
•Assist Senior Admin with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
