รายละเอียดงาน
Job Description
1. Review and understand the annual KPI rulebook to coordinate with relevant departments, explain key requirements, and request necessary data inputs.
2. Design data entry templates to assist departments in collecting precise and complete data.
3. Coordinate with responsible persons of transportation (T1, T2), Cost, and Operations to obtain accurate raw data for analysis and reporting.
4. Prepare data according to the specific KPI requirements for each KPI.
5. Prepare presentations to showcase the results of each KPI, along with explanations of the causes and effects.
6. Organize and clean data to ensure its readiness for KPI creation and analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 25-30 years, 1 year or more experience Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or other related fields.
- Proficient MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data validation, etc.)
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work as a team, have good decision-making and analytical skills.
