รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop a Kaizen model applicable to all departments.
2. Provide cooperation and support for Kaizen activities within the TOPPAN Group.
3. Organize and assign project members for the department.
4. Provide training on the methods, processes, and analysis involved in Kaizen activities.
5. Generate Kaizen ideas focused on machinery and equipment, and source suitable suppliers.
6. Provide knowledge about machinery-related tasks in Production and develop a training plan.
7. Devise methods for implementing Kaizen idea activities.
8. Provide guidance on work analysis and documentation of work procedures.
9. Monitor the progress of the ongoing project.
10. Define the report format, prepare the report, and present the obtained results.
11. Other assigned tasks
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience in production engineering in the automotive manufacturing industry
- Good skill in communication, strong negotiation and report preparation
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Good command of English.
