We are looking for a proactive and experienced HRD Supervisor to lead initiatives in employee training, talent development, and organizational development (OD). This role is key to building a high-performance culture by aligning people development strategies with organizational goals, driving change management, and enhancing employee engagement
•Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to support employee development and organizational growth.
•Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with business managers.
•Supervise and guide HRD team members to ensure high-quality execution of training programs and development plans.
•Coordinate onboarding programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
•Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI using appropriate methods (e.g., feedback surveys, performance improvements).
•Partner with department heads to ensure learning solutions support business needs.
•Manage training budgets, resources, and external vendors/consultants as necessary.
•Support the development of organizational culture and engagement through HRD initiatives.
•Maintain and update training records and reports in compliance with internal policies and external standards.
•Lead and support OD initiatives including change management, culture development, employee engagement, and organizational design.
•Work closely with senior leaders to identify organizational challenges and develop strategies to improve team performance and company structure.
•Develop and implement competency frameworks, succession plans, and career pathing models.
•Conduct organizational assessments (e.g., employee surveys, focus groups) and provide data-driven insights and action plans.
•Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and internal communications that support a strong organizational culture
