1.Assist the General Manager in handling daily administrative tasks, including schedule coordination, meeting organization, and minutes-taking
2.Manage critical documents and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, distribution, and Conveyance of information.
3.Lead and manage all Thai employees, ensuring their performance aligns with company interests
B. Chinese-Thai Bilingual Communication & Coordination
1.Act as a bridge between Chinese and Thai teams, providing accurate simultaneous interpretation for meetings, negotiations, and cross-cultural interactions to eliminate language barriers.
2.Conduct precise Chinese-Thai translations of documents, contracts, reports... ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards. Manage critical documents and correspondence, including receipt, distribution, and organization, while ensuring timely and precise information dissemination
C. Cross-Cultural Management, Business Support & Collaboration
1.Assist the General Manager in understanding Thai local culture, legal regulations, and business practices to mitigate potential risks and facilitate cultural integration
2.Coordinate operational workflows under the General Manager’s direction, aligning client orders with production capacities at Thai or Chinese factories to ensure timely and quality shipments
3.Participate in client receptions and business negotiations involving Thai stakeholders, supporting business expansion and maintaining client relationships
4.Liaise with Thai government agencies to streamline regulatory compliance and resolve administrative inquiries
5.Provide airport transfers and hospitality services for important clients or Chinese visitors when the driver is unavailable
6.Monitor factory production progress, coordinate daily communication between Chinese and Thai teams, and resolve operational bottlenecks
7.Manage daily operations of Thai employees, address cross-cultural communication
