• Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to company registration, corporate filings,
and regulatory compliance.
• Handle the preparation of paperwork, registration of companies secretarial works, amendments to
company structures, and director changes with relevant authorities.
• Coordinate and liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal advisors to
ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
• Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring all legal documentation is properly filed
and accessible.
• Support internal departments by providing legal documentation and guidance related to company
registration, business licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Handle the drafting and processing powers of attorney, and board resolutions.
• Ensure timely submission of legal filings, reports, and updates to authorities as required
from time to time.
• Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as assigned by the legal team.
