รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy HRD Specialist to lead the design and execution of employee development initiatives within a wire harness manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in producing training content, including instructional videos, and will be proficient in using digital tools and AI platforms to enhance learning effectiveness across various employee levels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training priorities for operational staff, particularly production line operators.
2. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials, such as instructional videos, e-learning modules, infographics, and digital manuals, using modern IT and AI tools.
3. Utilize platforms such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, MS Office 365, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to create and manage training programs.
4. Lead onboarding and continuous learning sessions, including classroom training and blended/online learning formats.
5. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure training content aligns with shop floor requirements, SOPs, and safety standards.
6. Monitor and assess training effectiveness through quizzes, hands-on evaluations, and post-training performance indicators.
7. Maintain accurate, up-to-date training documentation and records in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
8. Support internal and external audits, including SMETA, customer audits, and ISO inspections, related to training and HRD compliance.
