1. Maintain process stability through technical management to ensure smooth production.
2. Improve production capacity and process capability based on stable processes.
3. Assist, support, and participate in the planning and development of the company’s technical design.
4. Guide/train/manage technical personnel to build a strong team.
5. Manage the laboratory to ensure chemical solutions are controlled.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Chemical Engineering、, Mechanical engineering, or Automation major or related field.
- Familiar with PCB processes and technical management.
- Knowledge of quality systems and industry standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100), and proficiency in core tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP).
- Skilled in statistical tools
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
