รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities :
1. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
2. Coordinate and Monitoring according to the plan of the Company.
3. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
4. Prepare and maintain Documents, Reports and Presentation using Microsoft Office.
5. Attend to all incoming mail and outgoing mails include collect and sort mails, and faxes for distribution to the respective departments / personnel.
6. Respond to general enquiries from internal and external Company.
7. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
