Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. 2. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste. 3. Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles for process optimization. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime. 6. Monitor and report on production KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed. 7. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in process improvement in the automotive parts or fastener manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
  4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  6. Effective communication and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
