รายละเอียดงาน
1. Collect, analyze, and report quality data and performance from various plants; coordinate and optimize quality-related systems.
2. Plan and establish quality management system modules, ensuring factory compliance.
3. Monitor and maintain product quality performance for Korean clients and provide technical support.
4. Plan and support factory audits (ZDP, PQA, etc.).
5. Prepare ORM monthly quality reports, including quality metrics and customer complaint analysis.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 standards; proficiency in FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA, CP.
- Proficient in MS Office with data analysis skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to analyze, judge, and solve problems independently; ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual in Chinese is a plus.
