•Lead to develop jewelry production process from product development to mass production and production process stabilization •Define and establish production readiness to drive luxury quality •Evaluate production risk assessment and provide most effective solution to strive Quality, Cost and Service •Cross-collaborate internal and external manufacturer to manage the completion of deliverable as customer required •Innovate process technique and enhance manufacturing capability •Driving on time of product launch by focusing on complete production value chain •Apply Goldsmith knowledge to assess master model, product & process risk and provide solutions to the team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Goldsmith, Jewelry, Material, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing especially Model maker/Goldsmith in jewelry production or related position .
Fact based decision making by applying the knowledge of statistical analysis
Translating product specification to production process
Understanding and give constructive feedback of rapid manufacturing
Results driven attitude and strong communication skills.
Excellent English communication skill (TOEIC:500, TOEFL: 470)
Good team player to bring different knowledge for effective work on solutions
Systematic way of working and able to work under pressure
Good project management skills to analyze complex context
Diverse and agile set of creativity and imaginative thinking
