รายละเอียดงาน
1. Supervise and lead the production team to achieve daily targets in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery within the plastics injection molding area.
2. Ensure the production process complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
3. Monitor and analyze production data, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and material waste.
4. Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time production.
5. Develop and train team members to improve operational skills, workplace discipline, and adherence to safety procedures.
6. Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.) and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Polymer, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.
- Good command of English communication (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office and production-related software (e.g., JDE systems).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
