Medical Departures is looking for a driven, results-oriented B2B Representative based in Thailand. In this role, you’ll help grow our network of partner clinics and drive business growth in the medical tourism sector. You'll need strong sales instincts, relationship-building skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify potential partner clinics through online research (Google, Facebook, Instagram), attending trade shows, and networking within the industry.
Qualifying: Evaluate if clinics meet our quality standards and are a good fit for partnership.
Presenting: Schedule meetings or pitches tailored to each clinic’s needs to showcase the value of working with Medical Departures.
Handling Objections: Address concerns and explain why partnering with us benefits their business.
Closing: Guide clinics toward finalizing the partnership, securing agreements confidently.
Following Up: Ensure clinics are onboarded smoothly and stay engaged post-sale.
We’re looking for someone who can build lasting relationships and navigate long sales cycles with patience and persistence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments and enjoys working remotely across global markets.

- Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), Social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), Chat (Whatsapp, Telegram)
- International travel experience ***nice to have***
- Ability to travel > 20% of the time ***need to have***
- Familiarity & knowledge of medical/dental procedures & terminology **nice to have**
- Will require working nights/weekends to hit sales deliverables (quotas, targets)..this is not a 9-5pm job
