รายละเอียดงาน

•Check and update relevant laws/regulation of local and all exporting countries, including communicate with relevant department. •Update new laws/regulation/customer requirement into database of regulation summary. •Regulatory compliance and customer requirement checking of ingredients and finished product for the new product launch. •Preparation and review the ingredient statement and allergen declaration on label of product including review the packaging artwork to comply the regulatory of exporting countries. •Review product specification of new product. Annual review or when there is any change of the existing product. •Provide and review product specifications for customer approval. •Communicate with commercial team and customer for approval on product specification and packaging artwork. •Issue statement following export requirement such as egg milk statement, negative declaration, and another special request from customer. •Review customer requirement and policy, communicate to concerned department and register in the document system. •Registration product with government authority for approval such as SFA for Singapore product. •Established and revise the working manual when implement the new process or any change.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor of Food Sciences, Food Technology, or related field.
1 year of experience in QA function in food regulation related (local and export).
Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
