รายละเอียดงาน• Develop Hand Tools Business, Distribution strategy, and growth objectives including, but not limited to: New Distribution Partner Targets, New Product Commercialization, Sales Budget, Inventory
Management, Demand Planning, and Promotional Planning
• Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, JSS, Service, Supply Chain, and global marketing teams
• Conduct field market & Competitive research for target professional trade users and applications to suggest new product opportunities, position products in market, and opportunities for distribution partner opportunities
• Develop a commercial strategy for the Hand Tool business including: market & product research, competitive analysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, Merchandising assets,
marketing asset development, sales training, and after launch support
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as necessary
